Refund and Returns Policy



The fee for the subscription service is non-refundable. It is an investment into the farm and in exchange, the farm will produce product and provide delivery to a hostsite, to your home or available for pickup on-farm, depending on the subscription type.

Refunds for Errors, Wrong Items, Missig Items or Quality Issues

Refunds will be provided for errors in orders, quality of product or items not delivered. When the error is caused by the delivery service, inform the farm within 24 hours of the error. Please provided photos, if necessary and we will work with the delivery service to receive compensation.
