Weight is between 4.1-5 pounds each. Whole, frozen chicken raised by Edible Earth Farm. SOME MAY BE MISSING WINGS. They are raised on pasture and are antibiotic-free. They are lower in saturated fat and cholesterol and higher in vitamins than commercially raised poultry.
